Heyy there is a rule of hiit. Eg..that if you work for 30 sec then you have to take a rest of 20-30 sec for a little recovery . But here it is not that way, this may damage ur body later. You then may also face exessive muscle Breakage and loosening. Please follow science also, don't just blindly push people into such situations, they trust you guys😔😔

After you finish all the workouts. take time to tell yourself "you made it, I am proud of you." Honestly, this works even though I feel like all my forms were wrong, but it's okay! A tiny percentage of progress every day is better than doing nothing at all. So I am proud of you! For trying and for pushing yourself!

Y'all need to remember some things. She's a professional and doing them without breaks is easier for her, while you might need some breaks and it's okay to take them. Don't do it everyday, interchange between various workout routines focusing on different parts or maybe a full-body intense workout every two days. Do not lower your legs, lift them higher as much as you can so they'd effective. Focus on your core if you don't want your legs to be ded. Focus on your core more, breathe in and breathe out at proper intervals. Focusing on your core is important to bring in the effect. *KEEP YOUR LOWER BACK FLAT TO THE FLOOR* Do not lift your lower/middle back from the floor. It'll result in really bad back aches and injuries. She lifts it a lil over the middle, but DON'T. Drink water AFTER 20 minutes of working out. The most important thing of all, DO LOWER BODYA ND UPPER BODY STRECTHES TO AVOID INJURY Hope y'all find the motivation to do this and succeed. It's okay if you don't feel like it, you're doing great the way you are! ❤️
